When you submit our form, we collect the information you provide: your name, street address, ZIP code, mobile number, homeownership status, roof issue description, insurance claim status, and preferred timeline. We also record the date, time, and page on which you gave consent to be contacted, and we may use a third-party consent verification service (such as TrustedForm) to document your submission.
We use your information to (1) call you to verify your request, and (2) share your request with ONE independent local roofing professional so they can contact you about your roof. That is the purpose of this service, and it is the only reason we collect your information.
We do not sell your information to data brokers or lead lists. We do not share your information with multiple contractors at once — one submission goes to one roofing professional. We do not use your information for unrelated marketing.
You can opt out of calls and texts at any time by replying STOP to any text from us or by emailing goranexus@gmail.com. To ask what information we hold about you, or to request deletion, email us at the same address and we will respond promptly.
